I'm gluten free and going to Bali in about 47 days(but whose counting?).
I would be happy to send you any information I gather. I keep seeing references to "Kue Bakery" in Ubud. They have gluten free goodies and also make a gluten free rice bread. I have a link to a ladies blog with a picture of a very impressive piece of chocolate cake from there. I'll leave my email open if you want the link.
