I get lots of clothes made and buy the fabric at Alta Moda at Kuta. It has a huge variety and low prices.
Time varies depending on how many orders are ahead of you and if the tailor has ceremonies to go to far away it can impact. Best to book in as soon as arrive and be clear how quickly you will need items made.
