We paid 95,000 at the taxi window but a taxi driver saw us looking around and offered to take us for $25. I said no I only want to pay 95,000. I then saw him collect his ticket from the window and take his passengers to his car.
We only waited for a few minutes for a taxi driver to ask us our ticket number. It seems like the ticketing system is shared out among the taxi drivers but some of them like to catch the unaware out and charge them more. It was busy when we arrived.
