I used to suffer badly from heat rash.Some sunscreens really aggrivate it. By the time you go and spend money on remedies you may as well bite the bullet and go to the doctor or pharmacy. It will make your wifes holiday alot more enjoyable the sooner she gets it looked at. One year when i was in bali I thought i had heat rash but it turned out that I had been stung while swimming in the ocean. Antihistamines did the trick. Good luck.
