Agree. As a 50yo Australian woman, I would pick Balian. Miles of beautiful beaches to walk, trails thru rice feilds and back streets, little in tourist attractions, but scenic drives to Papuan. My pick to stay would be Gajah Mina resort, great food, quiet ambience and pop over the hill to yoga resort, if you felt like a stretch or some exercise. Love love love Balian
