Swastika Bungalows down to Jepun restaurant. I don't think the meter went past the flagfall (Rp5000). We just gave the driver Rp10,000 and he was happy. We did this quite a few times up and down Sanur, as it's easier to pay AUD$1 to the taxi driver than to totally destroy my feet. Good for me, good for him.
