Im not saying either way about wearing or not wearing appropriately deemed clothing for Bali, but I thought the days of women "asking for it" because they wore a short skirt or shorts, had long gone. Unless a woman verbally gives her assent she is NOT asking for it, no matter what she is wearing. Men should maybe get their minds out of the gutters and treat women with a little more respect as well.
