You did once have to send in two forms and photos, but they recently changed that to only the one. It has always said about proof of employment but over the years I have never provided it and never been asked. Not sure why it states that on there.
As I have to post my application in from Tassie to Melbourne, I really want to make sure I have everything that is required so no hold ups. No problems over the years, thank goodness.
