I have bought Black and white checked flags before and also bought black white and red checks. From a store on the way into/out of Ubud.
Sorry I can't be more specific than that. Heaps of flags out the front.
BUT they are a different material a matt finish as such and they aren't shiny.............
Good luck - never seen them anywhere else :)
