Take a bottle of Aquaear (have never seen it to buy in Bali). Also a couple of small bottles of hand sanitiser to use after you handle money, before you eat and after going to the toilet. I also take a bottle of antibacterial soft soap and put in the bathroom at our hotel. Sounds a bit over the top but we haven't had Bali belly for years. (touchwood!)
