Despite Bransons regular spiels about customer service etc etc I have personally found Virgin to be almost totally low cost in every sense
I had a guy hacking and then spewing up next to me and I asked the very pretty but totally up herself trolley dolly if I could move to the 2 rows vacant "no these are for premuim economy" but but
also was given the wrong departure info on my eticket-they use call centre in NZ so good luck-they have heeps of problems understanding time difference....
