Hi Nicno, sadly i was there for business over 3 nights & only got a break to shop on the saturday & went to Paris Van Java Shopping centre.
We could not get anywhere near the FO's or Distro's because of the traffic. I was so disappointed, as i had planned to hit the shopping with full gusto that day.
Have to say that Paris Van Java, although good quality brands that we all know, prices were comparative with Aus prices, which did shock me :/
I think that place is geared towards the obscenely wealthy chinese, boy did we have our eyes opened by the displays of wealth... 2 Yr olds birthday party held in our hotel, complete with security guards, an event planner, musicians, actors & the goodie bags OMG! $100 plus in each one & would you believe they had a reheasal for it?
And a wedding to rival Kim Kardashians!!! We were gobsmacked...
Geez i just realised, ive basically written a JBR ahahahaha, sorry about that.
