At our last stop yesterday to say goodbye to some friends we were told that the shops in & around Dianne's shop (fixed price) were due to be demolished to make way for......you guessed it another hotel. All rental tenants of these shops will be out, many with no where to go. Apparently the owner of the land wants to redevelop. This is the area across the road from Green Garden Hotel, Kartika Plaza, Tuban/Kuta.
Anyone else heard about this?
Besides that a good trip, can't really do a jbr as we have our own mini resort over there and most of the trip was about getting it up and running.
