Went on one of these with my hubby and mother about 5 years back. The entire cruise was catering for Koreans. We were one of the very few westerners on the whole boat. The food was average and served buffet style at the back of the boat outside with uncomfortable queues and people pushing and shoving as if they've never eaten in their lives before. The show was funny and entertaining enough but standard fare really, nothing to write home about and nothing you wouldn't see at your local Bali night at your hotel. We made the best of it and drank as much as we could! Then there was no transport as pre-arranged when we got back to the harbour, there was not enough Bemo's around and we waited ages before we got someone to take us, squashed in with the only other westerners on the boat...everyone else seemed to be taken care of.
Moral of the story.....see if you can find out who the cruise is catering for before you book and ensure there's transport home.
