She has a thriving business and also owns 10 kos-kosans (entire buildings) which she rents to her staff at reduced rates. She cuts the staffs' salaries accordingly.

This woman commented to another local friend of mine that it was easy to scam Aussies and said my friend was a fool for not doing the same.

Her last scam was for an "operation" she needed to have. She complained to several clients that she needed $500.00 for the operation and they willingly came up with the money. She neglected to tell them she already had health insurance, which would cover 90% of the medical costs.
