Hi micolee, my wife put forth the previous post and as down to earth as she is she does like the finer things in life... She handled this hotel fine. I stayed there with my nephew for his birthday again last year and again I cannot complain. The staff were great again were always happy and patient to entertain me with my fuddled Indonesian and every morning they greet you for a simple breakfast with a smile and remembered how I like my eggs boiled soft for 3.5 mins and had worscestor sauce?? My nephew made some good mates with some of the younger staff and went out with them on some evenings of which they looked after him and kept him safe... Which allowed me to dodge the nightclubs a bit which I was great full for and he still stays in touch with them via Facebook. We have been to Bali more times than I can remember and due to my princess liking the finer things in life we usually stay at the Padma but would not hesitate staying at Sari Beach again. It was even better when the 2 family dogs were around of which are no longer but to wake up to Otti or Mooti at your door in the morning was always good. All I can say is do yourself a favour and stay there and make up your own mind as we always do... If I took the advice of everyone willing to give it 13 yrs ago I wouldn't of even gone to Bali for the first time and would never have the friends, experiences and great times the island offers. We will be back in 9 days and can't wait!
