By my calculation they should of paid around the 2300 mark with the tax. Service fee to Agoda on top which is around $ 5 I think (that's Wotif's process fee is anyway) did they have extra person? MOst charge around $40 a day extra bed so if that is the case they would add that AFTER. If that is the case then that's 10 days of extra bed....?? The only other thing is check that the dates quoted are the same and the number of nights are correct. For example, they checked dates in may but actually booked for october that can have a higher rate. Like all third party booking sites, the site actually doesn't load the prices up, the person in charge of bookings at the hotel load up the rates through a portal. Third party sites make their money off the commission paid fm bookings so most hotels will be happy to match the "quoted" price as they will save on commission payable. Hope this helps.
