Hey there

The boat cost 600 thousand rp. (but I reckon you could get it a little cheaper). I organised it from a beach seller. But you can do it yourself if you go to the beach path at the back of Kartika plaza. Look for a long boat with the name "Wayan Kuta Cruises" written on it and ask the blokes sitting around about it. They will know. It sounds hard but it's pretty easy. It defs fits 4 even 6 comfortably. No drama at all.

To get the license they had to go to Denpasar. I don't know which state you're from, but it's our version of Vic Roads. It's all legit and it's where everyone goes for license testing, paying fines etc etc. The tourist police went on their bike and my friends followed in cab. (or get transport). They took them through it all while there. The TP didn't leave them.

Hope that info is what ya looking for.

Cheers

Lisa
