I hadn't been online. The tourist police can be seen around the streets, they're in the brown police uniform. We had the ones who patrol the bali garden hotel. They can just take you. You can just find them around the streets.
And yes they're legit licences for when pulled up. We got pulled up once and all was fine.
We didn't pay any money to them when we were pulled over.
