Just one thing I noticed on that list on the link you gave, is that B.I.G Australia has not been in Garlic lane for quite a few years now. Used to be a good shop for bigger sizes but it's long gone unfortunately.
Can't speak for any of the others on the list. I've written many of them down in my little black Bali book over the years but never bothered to track them down. I usually find what I need at Ketut's and don't bother looking any further, but I'm not much of a clothes horse either. Just happy with a few basics to get me by.
