I don't know what sort of room you booked but if staying around the pool, ask for a ground floor. Have stayed 3 times. Will stay again.
the rooms at the back (swim up bar end of pool) are near a laneway and evil Keevil and his mates use it as a speedway. Noisier on the top floor so they told me last time.
Australian female is the manager and if you email too early they may forget as they don't allocate rooms until the day before.
