Bali with a 1 year old

We are heading to Bali in a couple of weeks and would like some suggestions of places to visit with a one year old?

How much would we be looking at for a driver for 1/2 day?

Also mobile phones??? If we take an unlocked phone what is the best thing to do re getting an sim and prepaying?

Any other tips would be greatly appreciated travelling with a one year old.
