take no notice of the brigade who think that just because you help a dog, a cat or contribute to a turtle or other environmental fund, that you would not also help others in need.
People on these forums are very judgemental, and seem to believe that if you help in one area you ignore the other.
Whether you do or don't is no concern of mine, but it's your time, your effort, your money and your choice.
