up until now for me goes to (drum roll) Sanur Beach Villas! Sent an email at 09.57 and after doing a bit of surfing around the www realised 15 minutes later that I had a reply. Check in date and airport pickup confirmed. Departure date changed. Special dietary requirements catered for.
