If the shuttle bus you refer to is the Bali Collection bus, no, it turns left off the by pass at the first set of lights and goes down jl Pratama to Tanjung Benoa.
There is a complimentary Hardy's pick up and return bus but I have to point out that it is not very reliable, sometimes yes, sometimes no, in other words Bali time. Your hotel could request it for you but don't hold your breath.
It is only a two bob cab fare from either TB or ND to Hardys and there are always cabs on the rank right outside Hardy's.
