I did this a year or so ago and thoroughly enjoyed it. You can book online through Bali Discovery Tours and there is a discount. I have just looked and it is $54 per person, when I did it it was $50pp. I think from memory it was $75pp on the Anika's site. I did the morning tour, they pick you up from your hotel and take you to a market in Kuta then back to their workshop for the cooking then the eating. Good fun.
