you seem to have some scope for last night accommodation, in my opinion only, I would prefer to be nearer the airport that way you are in more control of travelling time and time spent at the airport. As Goblok has recommended 2 hours, this can/may/maynot go pear shape and the trip for whatever reason takes 2&1/2 or 3 hours.
