Help with dolphin bookings please

Ok I booked months ago direct with dolphins and I have a booking code but now I need to add another adult watching so making our group now a total of 4 two swimming & two watching

Our booking is Mid July.......

But getting no response to any emails................

Was dealing with Mrs Komang

Open to any/all suggestions
