a fair 8 hour rate is Rp450 - 500K.
This is including fuel car and driver.
Should the period go over the 8 hours, I would expect to pay Rp50 - 80K per additional hour.
For 500K I would expect a car in excellent condition, and able to carry up to 6 or seven people in comfort.
If the Safari park etc is involved, you may find a little cheaper as if you book with the driver he will get commission on taking you there and MAY take this into account in factoring the fare.
No doubt others will recommend drivers as it would be improper for me to do so.
