After all the messages from you good people, I contacted jet# this morning. In a phone call that took 26 minutes and 44 seconds, I got finally told yes the flights Cairns-Darwin and also Darwin-Cairns have been cancelled. When asked why nobody there cares about their customers (who by the way, pay their operation and salaries)?
We are running a business and face great difficulties having to change things in the last minute. Where is good customer service and RESPECT this days?
Given the short time frame of only 3 weeks for our planned departure, it looks like we have to bite the bullet and dance with their music. What is certain is that in the future we will NEVER spend any money with j# or Q - national carrier my a$$
