Depends on your expectations. If you've snorkelled & seen it all your expectations might be high so I wouldnt know.
If your relatively new, I liked Blue Lagoon area at Padang Bai. Got to see Sea slugs, various types of reef fish, & a very large school of these medium sized black fish with a white stripe near the tail.
Out front of, or near the Kerti Restaurant in Padang Bai is usually a bloke with a tub of equipment selling the swims which by memory lasted 2 hours.
I paid Rph100,000 for 2 persons, but he was bragging the Japanese on the same tour paid Rph350,000 each.
Also consider a try scuba dive if your in that area. I dont know if Its allowed to advertise suppliers on here, but will risk it. I only ever use Geko Dive & have always felt safe & supported when under the water with them.
