outdoor bean bags made to order

Hi
we had some outdoor bean bags made in Bali last year and love them, we are after a few more but will not be heading back to bali this year...sad face!!
We are got them from Pillow 514 and I have tried emailling them with no reply.
So question is does anyone have any contacts for me to email and have them made and sent down to Melbourne?
