on Gatot Subrato north of Kerobokan.About 1.5 km further on is another Ace hardware,probably the biggest store they have in Bali.I call Mitra 10 "haven't got it hardware".The staff are bloody hopeless and have no idea about hardware.for instance you can buy a hacksaw but they don't stock hacksaw blades.They sell laserlite but not the screws.they sell hammers but no nails.Forget buying simple things like nuts and bolts.Anything they do have generally doesn't price scan properly or is not the same as the price ticket on the shelf.Expect a simple transaction to take you at least 15 minutes.You are far better off going to the mid size hardware stores you see regularly or go to the specialist shops in Denpasar.You can get anything you want but not where you would expect at stores like Mitra 10.End of rant.
