2 bed pool villa up to $300/nght

Friends have asked me about villas in the Legian/Seminyak area. I didnt realise how much higher the prices were in December!

Does anyone have any suggestions for a villa complex (as they are travelling in a group of 12 and will probably need 3 villas) up to $300 a night with a private pool?

they are looking for something from say Padma St up to Dyana Pura and on the beach side of Jl Legian/Rayu.
