Stayed at Greenfield, wonderful place, quite, variety of rooms from cheap to expensive, infinity pool over looking the rice fields, couldnt fault it. Cooking class dont know the name of it, but go out the front of greenfield, turn right walk about 200 metres on a tight bend and it was in a little resturant. There are heaps of signs everywhere in Ubud for the cooking classes. If Greenfields is full, try Tegal Sari, which is right next door to greenfields and also looked good. Enjoy I am sooooooo jealous.
