Accom/homestay in ubud for 1 month

Hi there, I'm wanting to stay in ubud area or close by for either 1 or 2 months in September but only wanted to pay about 3million rp or around $300. Does anyone know of any houses to rent or home stays that have rooms for longer stays? Was hoping to have a kitchen included. Thankyou
