I've never found sunscreen to be any more expensive in Bali than it is here - it's not cheap at home anyway.
I like the local repellants, but they're not scent free. Having said that, they're a nice floral fragrance, rather than 'insect repellant' smell.
Adaptors - you'd get 3 or 4 in Bali for the same price as one at home. As the others have said, a powerboard is a good idea if you have a few things that will need charging.
