(Surfing) boat to kuta reef, etc?

Hi,
Does anyone know what the boat ride out to Kuta Reef, Airport rights/lefts is? I also wanted to find out the price for the boat ride from Nusa Dua out to the reef. Also if does anyone know how much the photographers at Uluwatu charge for the photos? They take pictures of you while you surf.
