We stayed there last year. We paid the price as is on the website. The booking was done easily over the net with the owner.

Our rooms were very clean and the bathroom was open air. The food was nice in the restaurant. The biggest downside for us was that the rooms had no fridge at all. This was a problem for us as we had some cheeses/wine etc with us that we needed to keep chilled.

The photos on the website are accurate. The cottages do look nice with the painted windows/doors. No televisions from memory if you want that diversion.

We couldn't snorkel off the beach when we were there as there were bluebottles in the water.

I couldn't say how long a direct journey would be because we stopped in Klungkung to look at the Halls of Justice and have a wander through the markets on the way there, and at the Water Palace, Bat Cave and Candi Dasa for lunch on the return.
