It would pay you to take a quick trip to Depasar and visit Permata Dewata, 6 Kalimantan Road. ( Don't get there before 10am )Burhan and his guys will no doubt turn out exactly what you want at a VERY reasonable price.
Since Burhan lives in Sanur I'm sure he'll deliver the finished item to your hotel.
