organise it. Sorry to hear this. First she cannot be kept at BIMC once she has passed so they will transport her to the Morgue at Sanglah, then there she can be prepared for airlifting home. The travel insurance will also contact the embassy of your country. The doctor at BIMC must pr-ounce her dead, then the Sanglah will provide the death certificate, then she can be released. Make sure you advise you don't want an autopsy as they have a habit of wanting to do one at Sanglah before releasing "just to confirm the type of death", but it is unnecessary in this case so be adamant to the Insurance Company that you don't want this and you want immediately release, then she can be flown out in about 24 hours.
