We paid around 800,000 on our last night after having it in Ubud & it was disgusting!
Ubud was perfect, crispy skin, meat was delicious so we were excited to get a whole one, but the skin was chewy, the meat so fatty & hardly any of it so disappointing none of us could eat it.
The restaurants don't cook it, it's brought in from outside.
