You sound like you have a fantastic trip planned and the girls are going to love it. I never made it to Biku but i have heard that they do i great High Tea so that might be nice for a girls trip :). We did the dolphins and loved it. Each dolphin group takes 6 people and i think there was 4 dolphins (a boat load). You need to book this very early so that you could all go together. Was a great experience. Another thing to think about is a traditional cooking class for anybody interested :)... and maybe horseriding at sunset (I want to do this next year). The monkey Forest at Ubud was very interesting, just don't take any food in there as the monkeys can get quite aggressive.
