Incredibly unhelpful, no customer svc

well after much arguing with Jetstar over this and them refusing to offer any form of compensation (wouldn't even offer us a free meal on the flight) we are now flying Townsville (where we live) to Sydney and then onto Bali. So the positive is we don't have to drive 4 hours to fly out of Cairns but we have a 6 1/2 hour flight from Sydney to Bali and with 2 teenage boys and me being 6ft 4 I'm not looking forward to it!!
Lesson learnt - after years of experiencing the bad customer service from Jetstar and now having them cancel our flights we will never use them again no matter how cheap their flights are.
