I'd be happy to pay $24 a night to stay there. I paid $30 a night to stay there in March and was happy with that (same price but without the free night included). My room was big and clean, the bed was comfy, good air-con, had a tv and fridge and sufficient breaky each day. I enjoyed the location for a change of pace too and agree that the local warungs are terrific.
