I looked for a portacot for ours and only found wooden "stranglers".
You can buy quality strollers and a limited range of equipment there but priced around the ex-pat market, along with very flimsy stuff that is priced OK for local consumption perhaps.
Have a look upstairs in Matahari, try Sunset Point or Mothercare in Discovery Plaza.
