have to agree with it especially in regards to FI/FO,pool bingo and hotels that have happy hours where the drinkers sit on the same stool all day so as to get the cheaper drinks.
Having been recently to a hotel we used to frequent with family i noted all the above happening.Would i go back to that hotel---unfortunately no.
why bother to complain to the editor or ABC---essentially all true.
