Replacing sunglass lenses

Hi I have a genuine CD sunglasses that are very scratched. I want to have the lenses replaced. Unfortunately only staying in Kuta for 3 nights and then up to CD for 2 weeks. Then a week at Sanur and finally 5 nights at Legian. Does anyone know how long it will take to have the lenses replaced. Do they have to send them to Jakarta? Also any idea how much this would cost?
