Maybe V I P VOA is the best option. Will put you both at ease. I understand as I have a very shy 24yo.
He might need to make the best of this trip as I have a niece & nephew in the Forces here and they are not permitted to travel to Bali.
Ignore the rude & gnorant- some people have bitter tongues and fingers
