As I'm larger in size. I pack my underwear, 1 pair of swimmers and as many clothes as possible in my carry on. Also my prescription medications.
Down Garlic lane you will find a few larger size shops. Also Ketuts has a few things that might be suitable. Sorry I can't help with swimmers.
